Below is a timetable on how the player registrations will work this season.

Reg Forms received after this will be dealt with on a weekly basis.
This means Reg Forms must be with the registrar by Tuesday of that week for CARD distribution by Friday same week. Card can either be sent by Royal Mail (risk not receiving on time) or Collected via prior arrangement.

Rule 8f
An 11-a-side team wishing to enter the league must have not less than 7 players registered with the League Registrations Officer by no later than the last day of July in any year. The definition of a registered player shall be one who has a league registration form fully completed in all parts with all the appropriate signatures in place, and has a current digital photograph on file with the League Registrations Officer. Should a team fail to register 7 players by the due date, for every player less than the 7 the league shall impose a fine of £5 per unregistered player. Failure to do so by the end of the 7th day shall result in referral to the membership for consideration of expulsion in accordance with Rule 17
