Saturday 16th September 2006 PEGASUS COLTS U9s V HUCKNALL SPORTS U9s WHITES

Sports were away to Pegasus with 'Super Striker' Towers opening the scoreline with a great goal from the edge of the box. Sports went into half time 2-0 up after a superb goal from Watts.

The second half opened with Pegasus fighting back, and only through several outstanding saves from 'keeper Clarke, and superb defending from Ellis and Asher, were unfortunate not to score. An unfortunate Pegasus own goal opened the scoring quickly followed by a spectacular goal from the halfway line by Towers. A great header from Watts followed by yet another fantastic goal completed his first hat-trick for Sports.

Subs were Kibble and Johnson who both played well.

Man of the Match went to Asher and Clarke.

Report submitted by Tracey Kibble (Hucknall Sports U9s Whites)
