Welcome to The Young Elizabethan Football League Website

The YEL is a Nottinghamshire based football league formed in 1955. We run leagues for age groups from under 8's to under 14's boys. We have over 400 teams from many clubs throughout Nottinghamshire. Clubs such as Arnold Town FC, Keyworth United, Long Eaton United, and Priory Celtic FC.

YEL Application Forms for 2008/09 have now been sent to Club Secretaries, any Club that have not received them please email Admin Clerk. all applications have to be received by 31 May 2008. 
Divisions 2008/09 - The new Divisions will be provisionally set late June by the YEL Divisional Committee, all teams finishing First or Second (incl joint) outside Division One are automatically promoted. Relegation is usually a minimum of 2 teams but this is completely at Committee discretion and will depend on a number of factors including how many teams enter an age group.
