We require one copy of the Club form and one copy per team please to reach the Admin Clerk no later than 31 May. The Forms will also be on the website www.yelnottm.org to download should you require paper copies in the post please email a request to the Admin Clerk. We are determined this year to try even harder at getting 10 to 12 teams in ALL Divisions so that each team gets a similar amount of football. All existing teams will be guaranteed entry provided they apply by 31 May New Teams New Clubs Any new teams will be subject to entry being in the best interests of existing membership numbers, with priority given to existing Clubs ahead of new Clubs. In the past the admittance of one team can cause significant change to age group set up and we are determined to try harder (won't always succeed) at managing the numbers of teams in the best interests of the existing membership first. All new Clubs will be interviewed between the 1 and 13 June. All players of teams finishing as Champions, Runners Up or Divisional Sportsmanship winners will be invited to attend and collect awards. The event will start around 10am and this year its the u14s up first and the u8s collecting last. As always we are trying to make the day a memorable one and are looking for your support in preparation for the event. We would like to hear from anyone that would like to set up a stall or have something to offer the 4000+ people that will attend the event. We are also sorting Raffle prizes for the raffle with half the ticket proceeds going directly to the member clubs.
